Shipping policy

Once your order has been received, expect no more than 48 hrs. for shipping using your selected shipping method. If any delays occur Falcon Actual will send notification of the delay.

Once the order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be provided to you via your preferred contact method.

International Shipping — Canada, Japan & Australia

International checkout is available on orders of $35.00 or more. We currently ship to Canada, Japan, and Australia. Shipping charges paid at checkout cover postage only and do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Return shipping on international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Falcon Actual.
