**Order Processing and Tracking**

We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If processing is delayed, we’ll notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Once your order ships, we’ll send your tracking information. Processing time is separate from delivery time, which depends on your destination and selected shipping service.

**U.S. Shipping**

Our shipping rates are:

* Orders under $20: **$2.00 shipping**

* Orders from $20 to $49.99: **$6.95 standard shipping**

* Orders of $50 or more: **Free standard shipping**

All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Eligibility and available shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Additional carrier services, where available, are charged at the rate displayed.

**International Shipping**

We offer international shipping to eligible destinations. Available destinations, shipping services, and rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Free U.S. shipping offers do not apply to international orders unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

**Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees**

Depending on the destination, applicable duties and taxes may be included in the price or collected at checkout. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges that are not included or collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

**International Returns**

Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless Falcon Actual made an error with the order.
